Gentle Yoga in the Lavender Fields

Join us for a Gentle Flow Hatha Yoga class in the lavender fields, led by Patricia Marsden.

This class is fully adaptable, including options for chair yoga, making it accessible for all levels.

This therapeutic practice focuses on mobility, strength, and balance. You’ll move through gentle stretches designed to improve joint mobility and create more fluid movement, along with strengthening sequences to tone muscles and supportive poses to enhance balance.

Leave feeling relaxed, restored, and revitalized.

No previous experience required. Suitable for all ages and especially beneficial for those wanting a better overall sense of empowerment as we age gracefully.
