This Throat Chakra Healing Circle helps you release fear of judgment, rejection and silencing yourself so you can begin speaking, expressing and showing up more fully. Through a guided Reiki meditation, we’ll work to clear energetic blocks around visibility, truth and communication while healing wounds of suppression and invisibility. Rest into sound bowl healing as the frequencies support opening and clearing this energy center. Then we’ll take a meditative walk before gathering at the fire to release old stories, fears and roles that kept you hidden… and begin calling in courage, truth, boundaries and authentic self-expression. And as the evening winds down, we’ll gather fireside for this season’s brand new Channelled Messages, where you may ask a question and receive a divinely guided transmission offering the clarity, confirmation or direction your soul may be seeking.
